Where do I begin? The elevators are painfully slow, making it nearly impossible to get to my room on the higher floors. Plus, the air ventilation system was so confusing, I felt like I was trapped in an air-conditioned box. I almost thought of giving a good review, but the lack of a welcome gift just ruined it.
